I come from a multicultural background, have lived and worked in ten countries holding various managerial positions, travelled the world supporting businesses from global organisations through to SMEs, have and still lecture at various universities. Working in different countries and adjusting to culturally diverse settings has allowed me to develop skills, abilities and attributes that are critical to success in international management. To me, business is all about people. So I am dedicated to maximising others’ potential using holistic solutions, innovative methodologies and I enjoy dealing with cultural and ethnic diversity in any environment.

I am passionate about human interaction and developing leaders with today’s tools and techniques, building on empowerment and social engagement. I believe that leadership development needs a holistic viewpoint and a practical and engaging approach that ensures true sustainability. Leaders need to prepare and be prepared for the chasing to come as a result of socialised technologies and different expectations from upcoming generations. Learning needs to be useful: when and where you need it and immediately applicable to the workplace. That is an essential key to success.

I worked and lived in various countries around the globe. With over 10 years of leadership experience in international communication and change management roles, I understand the day-to-day challenges and complexities in an international business environment. During my 10 years of self-employed consultancy and training work, this helped me stay focused and provide practical, individual solutions to my various corporate clients. A healthy mix of online and offline solutions seems the right approach to me.

I am passionate about making today’s workplace more inclusive and flexible. I think in solutions and my focus today is on supporting international teams far beyond improving their intercultural skills. A systemic and holistic viewpoint and down-to-earth approach are the cornerstones of my work; a healthy mix of online and offline parts makes it practical and sustainable.
